 Shipping & Handling

Domestic orders are shipped through USPS. 2-3 business days for processing and delivery. International shipping is 7-14 business days. *Ivy Couture is not held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes* International customer are responsible for all import and custom fees by your country. All online orders are only processed and shipped on Monday through Friday 10 A.M to 4:00 P.M. Due to weekend or holiday orders your shipment may be delayed 1- 3 business days.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Ivy Couture is not held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been updated with tracking information stating that your package was delivered to your shipping address but have not receive it, you must submit a claim with the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).


In Store Pick -ups

All store pickups must be made over the phone with a valid credit card. Please bring in valid identification when picking up orders. In store items will be held in store for you to pick up. If items are not picked up within 10 days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final.


Returns and Exchanges

 Ivy Couture only accepts EXCHANGES ONLY of any unworn items with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt. We will not accept items that have been worn, washed or altered. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Ivy Couture reserves the right to refuse any returns if the item appears damaged or worn. Customer are held responsible for all return shipping costs. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL
